The company was initially founded in 1964 and became established as Intertecno S.p.A. in 1973.

Intertecno S.p.A. operates in Italy from the Head Office in Milan and Branch Offices in Rome and Venice. The company has subsidiaries in Warsaw and Budapest.

Chairman of the Board of Intertecno, Pier Paolo VECCHI leads the company for Italian and international projects.

One of the founders of Intertecno, Mario COSTANTINO was from 1990 the Founding Chairman of top E and conducted the development of the network until 1993. The present top E Chairman is Paolo ZUCCALA, Director for Sales in Intertecno.
